· What's the difference between registered and unregistered version?
Unregistered version gives user full function evaluation of our software. Unregistered version impose trial watermark or time limitation on it. For example, eDocPrinter PDF Pro will stamp trial watermark after page 3 of the PDF File generated if it is unregistered version. Purchase to get the register number to remove the trial watermark or time limitation.

· What's the difference between Beta Build and Stable Release in the download area?
Installation package named as "Beta Build" represents that it may contain new features, quick fixes, enhancements, or updates which are still under well testing. It is for users who want to try a new feature or update patches quickly. "Stable Release" keeps major formal releases for normal users to download.

· What kind of maintenance can user get after purchasing?
Registered user can get free major version upgrades for one year from the date of purchasing and free interim version updates at all times. For example, "Ver 5.x to Ver 6.0" means a major version upgrade. If user purchases Ver 5.0, the user can get all interim updates, e.g., Ver 5.1, 5.2, 5.x, for free at all times.

· What should I do if I lost the registration key?
If users purchase single user license with their email address as the User ID, we can provide registration key recovery. Just ask the suppor by email. Be sure you are using the same email address as purchasing.

· How many licenses need we purchase for Terminal Server Connection License? ( for ordinary customers, excluding Application Service Providers or similar business)
It is licensed based on the total number of clients/users(not concurrent), who may access the eDocPrinter PDF Pro through terminal service on all servers in the Server Farm with a maximum need equal to the total number of concurrent licenses of the server farm. That is, if the total possible number of clients/users exceeds the total number of connection licenses your server farm can provide, what you need is just the same as the number of concurrent connection licenses of your terminal servers.

· What's the licensing model for Application Service Providers to provide eDocPrinter PDF Pro in Terminal Service Environment?
We provide Application Service Provider Terminal Server Connection License, which is licensed based on total number of subscribers. ASPs need to purchase each unique named user with a subscriber license. It's the most cost effective way to expand your service.
